No physical products are shipped.

All products are:

  • Delivered digitally

  • Available for instant download

  • Sold one time only

  • Permanently removed from the website after purchase

Once access to a digital product is granted, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled.

2. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted

  • No exceptions will be made once a file has been delivered or accessed

By purchasing from The Mylar Port, you acknowledge that digital files cannot be returned and accept full responsibility for your purchase.

5. Account & Purchase Responsibility

Failure to download files due to user error, device issues, or email issues does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical issue (such as a corrupted or incomplete file), you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Provide assistance

  • Re-send the file

  • Correct an error if one exists

Technical assistance does not guarantee a refund.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a completed digital delivery without contacting us first is considered a misuse of the chargeback system.

We maintain detailed transaction records, including:

  • Download logs

  • IP address and device data

  • Order timestamps

  • Fulfillment confirmation

All chargebacks are fully contested with the payment processor and financial institution.

False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Account termination

  • Loss of access to future purchases

  • Further action as permitted by law

8. Prohibited Conduct
