Digital Products – All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
The Mylar Port sells digital design files that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy is in place because:

Digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered

All designs are sold one time only and permanently removed from our website after purchase

Files can be copied, stored, or used immediately upon download
For these reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products under any circumstances.
No Refunds for the Following Reasons
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase

Accidental purchases

Failure to read the product description

Lack of software, knowledge, or compatibility to use the file

Delays or issues caused by the customer’s device, internet, or software

Claims made after files have been downloaded or accessed
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product without contacting us first is considered a misuse of the chargeback system.
We maintain detailed transaction records including download logs, timestamps, IP addresses, and delivery confirmation. All chargebacks are fully contested with supporting evidence submitted to the payment processor and financial institution.
File Issues or Errors
If you experience a legitimate technical issue, such as:

A corrupted file

An incomplete download

A file that does not match the description
Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file or assistance.
This does not constitute a refund.
