The Mylar Port sells digital design files exclusively.
We do not ship physical products of any kind.

Delivery Method

  • All products are delivered electronically

  • Files are made available for instant download immediately after successful payment

  • Download access is provided:

    • On the order confirmation page, and/or

    • Via the email address used at checkout

There is no physical shipment, tracking number, or delivery address required.

Delivery Time

  • Digital files are delivered immediately after purchase

  • In rare cases, email delivery may be delayed due to spam filters or email provider issues

If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

No Shipping Fees

Because all products are digital:

  • No shipping fees are charged

  • No customs, duties, or import taxes apply

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address at checkout

  • Ensuring your device and software are capable of downloading and accessing digital files

  • Downloading and securely storing your files after purchase

Failure to download or access files due to user error does not constitute non-delivery.

Shipping Disputes & Chargebacks

Claims of “item not received” for digital products are invalid.

We maintain delivery confirmation records including:

  • Download logs

  • Access timestamps

  • IP address and device data

All shipping-related chargebacks are fully contested with supporting evidence.
